Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent patient service abilities, and familiarity with dental office operations. As the front-line representative of our practice, you will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and support the overall efficiency of our dental clinic. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment for children and families. Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility Collect payments, process insurance claims. Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries promptly. Proven experience in dental office administration with a strong background in front desk duties. Proficiency in dental terminology and insurance verification processes. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
