Dentist Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. You will help manage front desk operations, handle patient communications, and support both administrative and clinical team functions. Experience needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Answer incoming phones calls and respond to voicemails at a timely manner
  • Monitor and reply to office emails and text messages professionally and accurately
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule manage patient appointments
  • Manage check
  • in and check
  • out processes
  • Verify and update patient's demographics and insurance information
  • Collect co-pays, process payments, and assist with billing
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area
  • Track sent and outstanding insurance claims; assist with follow up
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple communication platforms ( phone, email, text)
Work Hours:
Monday 8:30AM
  • 6:00PM Tuesday 10:30AM
  • 7:00PM Wednesday 9:00AM
  • 6:00PM Thursday 8:30AM
  • 6:00PM Friday 8:30AM
  • 3:00PM Sunday 8:30AM
  • 3:00PM Work hours vary seasonally based on needs of the office.
