Dental Front Desk Receptionist - Full-Time Small to Tall Dentistry & Orthodontics Chili & Brockport, NY We're growing, building, and looking for someone who wants to be part of it! At Small to Tall Dentistry & Orthodontics, we believe work should be fun, our patients should feel like family, and our team should genuinely enjoy working together. We are an established pediatric dental practice that is expanding to include orthodontics, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are also building a brand-new office in Chili, with plans to open at the beginning of 2027. This is an exciting time to join our practice and grow with us!

THE POSITION

This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday position primarily based in our Chili office. As our practice continues to grow, there may be opportunities to help at our Brockport location or provide coverage when needed. Chili will be your primary location, but flexibility to work in Brockport in the future is a plus. Monday-Thursday means long weekends every week.

EXPERIENCE

Previous dental front desk experience is required. The more experience you have with dental reception and dental insurance, the better. We are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable and experienced with: Dental front desk and reception Dental insurance and benefit verification Scheduling and appointment management Patient check-in and check-out Payment collection Answering patient questions Explaining basic insurance and financial information Keeping a busy front desk organized Communicating effectively with both patients and the clinical team

COMPENSATION

Pay will be based on experience and qualifications. We value experience, initiative, and people who are willing to take ownership of their role. There is opportunity for increased compensation as you grow with the practice, take on additional responsibilities, and demonstrate your value to the team.

Pay:
