Receptionist-Community Recovery Center

Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Retirement Rome Health is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support our outpatient substance use disorder clinic

•Community Recovery Center.

This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients seeking care for substance use disorders.

Hours:

Monday and Wednesday 8 am

•12 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 12 pm

•8 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phones and greet patients in a professional, compassionate manner

Schedule patient appointments

Assist with transportation coordination for patients

Maintain filing and basic patient data tracking

Provide general administrative support to the clinic team

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative support preferred
  • NARCAN certification is provided by the agency and required upon starting
Ideal Candidate should have the following:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with reception or front desk responsibilities

Experience working with a Behavioral Health Population

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA and federal SUD regulations)

Compassionate and respectful approach to working with individuals in recovery
