Our medical practice is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive patient experience while ensuring the daily operations of the office run efficiently and smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify patient information and maintain accurate records Assist with insurance verification and administrative tasks Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Support office staff with general front desk operations Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and positive attitude Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred Knowledge of insurance verification and electronic medical records is a plus What We Offer Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth within the practice Competitive compensation based on experience Stable weekday schedule If you are looking to join a dedicated healthcare team and contribute to a professional patient-centered environment, we encourage you to apply.
