Job Description
Job Summary Rheumatology practice seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for a part time position. Hours needed are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9:00-3:00 and Wednesday 9:00-5:00. Closed Thursday. Must have customer service experience.
Clerical and administrative responsibilities:
- Front desk reception
- Answering phones
- Checking in and out patients and collecting copays and balances
- Scheduling / confirming appointments and scanning documents into the EMR
- Entering patient information into their charts
- Sending requested medical records and filling out disability paperwork
- Sending prescriptions to pharmacies Competitive salary and advancement opportunities.
