Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere; verify patient insurance at the time of arrival. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle incoming calls; provide information to patients regarding services offered. Schedule and confirm patient appointments; maintain the appointment calendar. Maintain accurate dental records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with insurance claim submissions as needed. Perform general administrative assistance such as filing, data entry, etc. Additional duties as assigned by management. Experience Previous experience as a dental receptionist is required. Knowledge of dental terminology and coding practices is essential. Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in using office equipment and dental software applications. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
