Job Summary We provide Chiropractic, physical therapy, therapeutic massages and acupuncture services to mainly injured patients from work and auto accidents . We are looking for a fast-paced Front Desk Receptionist at our Bedford Heights Clinic. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our clinic, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining patient confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be a very quick learner, well- organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to handle various administrative tasks. Duties Greet patients warmly, providing a welcoming environment. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments and manage the appointments using EMR Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary Assist in managing medical office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Skills Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with patients, Ohio bureau of work compensation personnel, attorneys and healthcare professionals Experience in medical office management is a plus.
