Job Description

​Our growing dental office is seeking a reliable, motivated Front Desk Team Member to join our private dental practice team. We proudly serve patients at multiple locations in Celina and St. Marys. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and dedication to providing excellent patient service in a friendly and professional environment. Desired Attributes Friendly, professional, and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail Adaptable to dental software and technology Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Ability to work well in a team environment Duties Include, But Not Limited To Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Verifying insurance and processing patient information Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks Maintaining accurate patient records Cross training as a Dental Assistant to help clinical staff as needed Experience / Education Previous dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required Customer service experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus Hepatitis B vaccinations up to date Experience with dental software, insurance verification, and the Medicaid program is a plus.
