Job Description

No one enjoys going to a doctor's office. It is almost always a stressful experience. Have you ever been at a physician's office where you felt more at ease because the receptionist engaged with you and truly cared about you? Do you have the skills and desire to provide that level of caring for our patients? If so, please read further. We are a busy OB/GYN Practice located in Westerville Ohio. Our physicians and nurse practitioners do a fabulous job caring for our patients. We know that our front desk staff are crucial for our patients having a positive experience with their care. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of our front desk and make it their mission to be certain that our patients feel welcome. You will be the one to help them navigate their visit at our office. This is a busy active position which includes answering phones, scheduling patients, and checking patients in and out as they come for their appointments. Comfort with computers is essential. You will be using an Electronic Medical Record to schedule appointments and post payments to accounts. Accuracy and attention to detail are a necessity of this position. High school graduation or equivalent is required. Further education is beneficial.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
