Job Description

This front office position will primarily be at our McMinnville location, but will also be staffing our Salem office once a week Front office Receptionist Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, take copay's, obtain necessary patient demographic and insurance information and update patient records and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients. Prior authorizations for medications and procedures. Chart preparation for physicians. Create phone notes for physician and relay information to patients as directed by physician. Employees are expected to perform other tasks and duties and participate in training as dictated by their supervisors. Qualifications for front office Receptionist High school diploma or GED required. At least one year of medical office experience. Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to always communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies Must be able to always maintain confidentiality
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week
