Job Description
Join our team as a Relief Medical Receptionist in Woodburn, OR! Serve as the frontline contact, welcoming patients and ensuring a respectful, patient-centered experience. Coordinate communication, support providers, maintain accurate patient information, and assist with appointment scheduling, insurance, and access to care. Answer calls, greet patients, manage visitor logs, and provide translation support as needed. Create and update patient charts, verify insurance, and assist with billing functions. Support clinic staff to ensure smooth front-office operations and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, bilingual English/Spanish skills, customer service experience, and proficiency with basic computer systems. Clinic experience is a plus. Position offers $18.35-$22.48/hour DOE, with additional pay for bilingual skills.
