Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting innovative dish ideas and modifications Maintain food safety standards by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, and cooking appliances Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation Support catering events or special functions with meal preparation and serving as needed Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments such as restaurants or catering operations Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient prep Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to safety standards in production Experience with dietary restrictions is a plus Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Basic understanding of menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling protocols Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
