If yes, then this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for! We are seeking a friendly, experienced front desk receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and filing insurance information. A successful candidate should have experience in utilizing electronic dental records and working in a professional dental office. The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable, caring individual with dental office experience and a commitment to helping patients with their dental needs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. On-job training will be provided; however, if you have experience working on Dentrix (Dental Software) then you are a preferred candidate for us.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients. Schedule patients. Answer the telephone. Perform clerical work and filing. Coordinate appointments. Explain fees to patients. Enter insurance information into computer systems. Be cooperative and a helpful teammate.
