Job Description

We are seeking a driven, energetic, and multi-task capable medical receptionist to join our growing DENTAL team. At least 1 year experience with Dental Office insurance and treatment planning is required. In this role, you will work at the front desk of our State of the Art dental office and provide assistance to our patients and work side by side with the areas Top Doctors. If you are an insurance coordinator or Treatment Plan coordinator this is the ideal role for you, we have plenty of growth potential within our company! You will be responsible for communicating with patients and managing the schedule. The Ideal candidate is very proficient with technology and computers and knows how to multi-task on a computer. Dental Duties and Responsibilities Greet patients Treatment Plan Presentation Answer patient questions Answer phone calls Respond to emails Scheduling patient for new and follow up appointments Send proper paperwork to patients using our software and making sure they have filled them out correctly Process bills, invoices, and patient payments in office Maintain confidentiality of all patient records Dental Requirements and Qualifications • Friendly and compassionate disposition Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Dedication to maintaining confidentiality of all patient records' '
