Part-Time Front Desk Medical Spa Coordinator & Esthetician Joli Beautique is looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced team member to join our growing medical spa on a part-time basis . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the client-facing side of a medspa and hands-on esthetic services. The ideal candidate is comfortable welcoming and assisting clients at the front desk while also having experience providing skincare services. Responsibilities Front Desk / Client Experience Welcome and check in clients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones, respond to client inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments Manage appointment bookings and help keep the daily schedule running smoothly Process payments and assist clients with product and service recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive luxury medspa experience Client Retention & Growth Proactively reach out to past, inactive, and lapsed clients to encourage them to return Follow up with clients after treatments and help ensure a positive experience Build genuine relationships with clients and create a personalized experience that encourages long-term loyalty Identify opportunities to recommend follow-up treatments, skincare services, and products based on client needs Help increase rebooking and retention by ensuring clients have their next appointment scheduled Assist with client outreach, promotions, special events, and other initiatives designed to drive bookings and engagement Esthetician / Treatment Services Perform skincare and esthetic services based on experience and licensing Educate clients on appropriate skincare products and at-home routines Maintain treatment rooms and follow proper sanitation and safety protocols Assist with client retention and building relationships through excellent service Qualifications Previous experience working in a medical spa or medspa is required Current esthetician license, if required for the services performed Experience with professional skincare treatments Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with scheduling software and/or medspa systems is a plus Bonus Skills Experience in any of the following is a plus: Waxing Lash lifts or lash services Eyelash extensions Additional skincare treatments Medical spa or aesthetic retail sales Schedule & Compensation Part-time position Schedule may include weekdays and/or Saturdays Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and services performed If you have medspa experience, enjoy providing an exceptional client experience, and are looking for a part-time opportunity where you can use both your front desk and esthetician skills, we would love to hear from you!
