Job Summary Modern, established and beautiful dental practice in Doylestown PA, seeking a highly organized, reliable and team player Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator/Business Administrator to join our Team for a long term only position only. Part time for the following days and hours T uesday 7:45-5:30 Thursday 7:45-5:30 Friday 7:45-2:00 Professional and positive attitude towards patients and other staff is a must. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage insurance and billing processes, and support daily administrative operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with dental office Eagle soft and a strong understanding of Dental procedures, documentation and billing. Knowledge of dentistry and dental clinical experience are highly valued to ensure exceptional patient service and efficient office workflow. Computer and business skills are important. We will start with 6 weeks of intensive training with our office manager and Doctors while you get paid. Duties Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional front desk customer service, including managing multi-line phone systems and scheduling appointments using dental practice management software Eagle soft. Verify i nsurance benefits, process and submit claims, and handle preauthorizations for procedures. create treatment plans for patients. patient walk out and collection of payments. answer phone calls , emails and daily customer care. scheduling patients for upcoming procedures with correct time allowance Perform insurance verification, pre authorization requests, and follow-up on outstanding claims and unscheduled procedures. Apply insurance and direct patient payments to the correct accounts. Dental chart entries, medical history entries. Email X rays and photos to insurance companies and other offices. keep front office and waiting room in acceptable professional manner. professional style and attire is important ( we provide you with scrubs/logo) Qualifications Proven experience in a dental/medical office environment with familiarity in dental terminology, Dental CDT coding , and billing processes. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Eagle soft is helpful. Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and health information management standards. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing (10 key), and familiarity with multi-line phone systems. Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and effective communication abilities. Ability to handle insurance verification processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation review. Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or Polish) are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly desirable; candidates with healthcare administrative support or front desk experience will be prioritized.
