As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our company, creating a positive and professional impression for all patients. In this role, you will efficiently manage front desk operations while providing administrative support and demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer service.

Greet and welcome patients and clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impressionScreen and answer incoming calls, assisting patients over the phoneProcess incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized mannerMaintain office supplies inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operationsProvide administrative support to various departments and team membersHandle routine inquiries with professionalism and discretion, routing problems/questions to appropriate departmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby and reception area at all times, maintain a clean clinic involving laundry, floor cleaning, dusting etc.
