THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION

When you're not performing treatments, you'll help create the elevated Skin Kahala experience at the front desk.

Aesthetic responsibilities may include:

DiamondGlow Dermaplaning Medical-grade facials Chemical peels Skin rejuvenation treatments Other aesthetic services within your training, licensure, and scope of practice Recommending appropriate skincare and treatments based on individual client goals Educating clients about treatments and home-care products Maintaining impeccable treatment-room sanitation and standards Front Desk & Client Experience responsibilities include: Warmly welcoming clients and making them feel comfortable and cared for Answering phones, texts, and client inquiries Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking clients in and out Processing payments Educating clients about services, memberships, packages, and skincare Helping clients find their next best treatment or service Following up with clients and encouraging rebooking Supporting events, promotions, and other client-experience initiatives Keeping the front desk and client-facing areas beautiful, organized, and welcoming

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Hawaii aesthetician license Experience performing professional aesthetic treatments Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other clinical aesthetic experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments and skincare with clients Strong attention to detail Computer and scheduling-system proficiency Reliable transportation and dependable attendance This is not a treatment-only position. The ideal candidate enjoys both performing aesthetic services and creating an exceptional front-desk/client experience.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$21-$28/hour depending on experience and qualifications , with potential additional earning opportunities based on treatments and performance. Part-time or full-time may be considered for the right candidate. Some evening and Saturday availability may be required.
