This front office role is essential in providing excellent patient service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, and allows for remote work after completing in-person training in Newburgh. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a professional demeanor to support our patients and clinical staff effectively. Duties Answering phones promptly and professionally to assist patients and handle inquiries Responding to patient messages via phone or electronic communication channels Scheduling appointments efficiently while managing the clinic's calendar Verifying patient insurance information to ensure accurate billing and coverage Providing friendly, compassionate customer service to all patients and visitors Completing training in person at the Newburgh location before transitioning to remote work Maintaining confidentiality of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations Performing administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations Experience Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong, friendly communication skills are highly beneficial for interacting with patients and team members Ability to work independently in a remote setting after training completion Organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
