Privately owned with a solo practitioner Dentist looking to add a Dental Receptionist to our team.
Hours:
Mon-Fri 8-5 Dr. Matos is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care and believes in educating patients to help them make informed decisions about their oral health. With a gentle approach she helps patients feel comfortable while achieving healthy, confident smiles. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality dentistry while creating an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for a receptionist who enjoys interacting with patients, building long-term relationships, and working collaboratively with the doctor and team to provide excellent communication We're looking for a Dental Receptionist who wants to grow with us— Opportunity for Advancement for the right candidate as we grow. What You'll Do Welcoming patients into the office being the first point of contact Checking patients in and out Answering calls, texts and emails professionally Verifying insurance benefits and assisting patients with reimbursement questions (we are out of network with all insurance) Present treatment estimates and discussing financial options Follow up on unscheduld treatment and recall appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help ensure patient satisfaction Must be:- A great communicator who builds trust and inspires patients. (Portuguese or Spanish speaking a plus)
