Job Description
Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma. Must have 3 years of medical experience. Job duties include but are not limited to: Make referrals and follow up Run reports to check for open referrals Report to the Referral Supervisor Make referrals to specialty offices, including faxing patient information Ensure patients keep their referral appointments Maintain work lists in EMR in a timely manner Perform any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
