In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, insurance processing, and medical documentation with precision and care. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth clinic operations, foster positive patient relationships, and support our commitment to delivering top-quality dental care. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and efficient check-in process Schedule appointments using dental practice management software and coordinate patient flow effectively Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing using systems such as Dental Intel, Modento, & Open Dental. Collect payments, perform dental collections, and manage accounts receivable with attention to detail Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic confidentiality policies Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear communication and appointment confirmations Requirements Prior experience in a dental clinic or medical office environment with strong knowledge of dental administrative support Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing accuracy (10 key typing) Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle phone communication professionally and efficiently Clinic experience in a dental is preferred; familiarity with dental information management systems enhances your candidacy

From $18.00 per hour
