Clinic Administrator - Join Our Team! Synaptic Pediatric Therapies seeks a friendly and organized Clinic Administrator for our Arlington Clinic . If you're passionate about helping children and enjoy a supportive team, we want to hear from you!
About Us:
A growing pediatric therapy clinic with a supportive and encouraging team who fosters a positive work environment. Dedicated to providing excellent speech and occupational therapy.
Your Role:
Full-time Front Desk Administrator (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM). $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience. Key point of contact for patients and families. Support clinic operations and our therapy team.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage patient appointments. Greet families warmly and professionally. Maintain organized patient records. Handle office tasks and order supplies. Assist therapists and support staff. Explain pre-appointment information to clients. Verify insurance and communicate with providers. Process payments.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of front office experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Experience with insurance verification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Google Workspace and EMR (a plus). Compassion for children and families. Why Join Our Arlington Team?
