Job posting Medical Front Desk Receptionist Front desk receptionist needed for small family owned, rapidly expanding medical practice. Need a team member for a full-time job. No experience is necessary, we will train. Must have good communication, good customer service, and computer skills. Must be detail-oriented, reliable, willing to learn, and passionate about helping people. Responsibilities will include, scheduling, answering phones, checking patient in and out. Work hours are Mondays through Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Fridays 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Starting Pay :
$10-12/hr
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
EDUCATION
High School diploma or
GED. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current Texas Driver's license
EXPERIENCE
Entry level will train

JOB DUTIES
The entry-level Front Desk Receptionist may perform the following skills:
ADMINISTRATIVE
Front desk reception. Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Greet patients, completion of registration forms, and give instructions. Filing and maintaining medical records. Preparing and typing correspondence. Processing mail. Purchasing and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Performing computer skills in patient billing, transcription, scheduling, and data base entry. Performing accounting, and banking procedures. Communication skills using clear professional tone. Following appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct.

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
