Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently Answer phones, handle patient inquiries, and confirm appointments Collect payments and review treatment plans with patients Verify insurance eligibility and submit claims Maintain accurate patient records and front office organization Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Required Qualifications:
Previous dental front desk or dental administrative experience Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Preferred Experience Includes:
Dental insurance verification and claims processing Treatment plan presentation and financial coordination Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with dental practice management software Implant and restorative dentistry scheduling If you are an experienced dental front desk professional who values professionalism, organization, and exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.
