Greenville, TX Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our clinic team in Greenville, TX. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling system. Check patients in and out, verifying insurance and collecting co-pays as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and communication. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and managing correspondence. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus. Previous experience in a medical office or clinic front desk role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus. Work Environment This position is based in our Midland, TX clinic and involves working in a professional healthcare setting. The role requires standing or sitting for extended periods and interacting with patients and staff throughout the day.
