Job Description
Job Overview The Midland Hotel and Chop House is looking for a qualified Server/Bartender with Fine Dining Experience. You Must have at Least 2 years of server-bartender experience with a vast knowledge of liquor, beer and wine. Loyalty, kindness, and knowledge with a hard work ethic is a must. The Chop House is open Thursday thru Sunday, so you must have availability to work these days. All Bartenders go through Server Training and must know all of our food & drink menus. Team work is key at The Chop House to succeed. Knowledge is power. We are not looking for your average server. We are looking for the absolute BEST. We will not settle for less than the best.
