Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and a deep understanding of the dental industry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Solis Dental is seeking a top-notch Front Office Administrator to join our team and help us keep our schedule running like clockwork. As a Front Office Administrator, you'll be the point person for managing our patient appointments, from answering calls and emails to scheduling appointments and managing patient data in our practice management software, Open Dental. But that's not all! You'll also be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our staff, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care and that appointments run smoothly. And when things don't go as planned (because let's face it, life happens), you'll handle patient complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, emails, and texts from patients and efficiently scheduling appointments using Open Dental Managing the schedule of our staff, so everyone's on the same page and our patients receive the best care possible Communicating with patients regarding their appointments, from confirmation calls to reminder calls and follow-ups Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information as needed Auditing patient accounts and preferences for added comfort Minimizing cancellations Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure that patient needs are met and that the schedule runs smoothly Insurance verification and data entry so patients have a great experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Front Office Administrator or in a similar role Strong understanding of the dental industry and the scheduling process Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and practice management software Technically Savvy High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Fluent in Spanish is a huge preferred plus At Solis Dental, we're committed to providing our patients with the highest level of care and customer service.
