Job Description
Mason Dental is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced candidate who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts Check patients in and out efficiently Update and maintain patient records Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Assist with insurance claim follow-up and outstanding balances Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of dental front office experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification and claims processing Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental, or similar) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Paid time off and holidays (if applicable) Employee dental benefits (if applicable)
