Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Front Office Administrator to join our vibrant dental practice. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. Your energetic approach will ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their insurance information, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Schedule appointments. Manage patient records with meticulous attention to detail, including updating electronic health records (EHR systems) and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing clear information about services, appointment availability, and insurance coverage. Process dental billing and collections accurately, and insurance verifications. Review clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy to support billing processes and care plans. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while managing filing systems and performing clerical duties such as data entry and 10-key typing. Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care schedules and follow-up appointments effectively. Uphold confidentiality policies related to medical records and health information management at all times. Qualifications Experience not necessary Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone etiquette and in person. Strong computer skills. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 40.0 per week
