As a Part-Time Hospitality Coordinator, you'll help create that kind of experience for every person who walks into or calls our office. You'll be a welcoming presence for guests and team members while keeping the details behind the scenes organized and running smoothly. If you're a people-person who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and bringing warmth and order to your environment, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Create a warm welcome. Greet guests and team members with genuine interest, help them feel comfortable, and connect them with the right person or team. Be a friendly voice on the phone. Answer incoming calls clearly and professionally while maintaining accurate records of calls and guests. Keep the office ready. Monitor food and office supplies, restock items as needed, and help maintain an inviting environment. Manage the details. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and assist with everyday administrative needs. Stay organized when things get busy. Balance guests, phone calls, office responsibilities, and unexpected needs with attention to detail. Support the team.
