The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the front desk, patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, phone calls, and administrative duties. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced dental environment, communicating professionally with patients and staff, and maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Previous dental office or medical front-desk experience preferred. Previous scheduling experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures preferred. Experience with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar software is a plus. Basic understanding of dental insurance is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable and punctual. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must be comfortable communicating with patients by phone and in person.
