Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Front Desk Staff to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression by providing exceptional guest services, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a friendly environment, whether coordinating events, assisting visitors, or supporting daily activities. Responsibilities Greet visitors and guests warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using POS systems and cash handling protocols Scheduling appointments Insurance Verification Collecting copays Referral coordination Assist with event management tasks such as setting up venues, coordinating schedules, and supporting event logistics Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clarity and professionalism Maintain safety protocols including first aid readiness, CPR certification, and adherence to health guidelines Manage conflict resolution with tact and diplomacy to ensure a positive experience for all guests and staff Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when setting up equipment or supplies for events or activities Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic to uphold a professional appearance at all times Experience Prior experience working in a clinic setting is highly desirable Experienced in using Athena is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions confidently Experience working on referrals and insurance verification Multi-tasking is highly crucial Knowledge of safety protocols Strong communication skills suitable for public speaking or guest interactions are essential
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
