We are looking for a Financial Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team! Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident talking to people, enjoys building relationships, and can keep up with a busy dental office. What you'll do: Meet with patients to review recommended dental treatment and financial options Clearly explain treatment plans, insurance benefits, estimated patient portions, and payment options Help patients understand their insurance coverage and need for dental treatment. Present financial options, in a comfortable, non-pressure environment Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish What we are looking for: genuinely happy, friendly, outgoing person loves talking to people and helping them is comfortable discussing money and financial options with patient works well as part of a team is willing to learn and grow Dental Insurance Experience Previous dental office, dental insurance, treatment coordination, or healthcare experience is a plus- but it is NOT required We can teach you the dental terminology and treatment planning process. A great attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn are more important to us than knowing everything day one.
