Job Description

Are you an energetic, proactive professional who loves helping build and develop a new pediatric dental practice? We are a brand-new, modern dental practice looking for a dynamic Dental Front Office Coordinator & Practice Growth Specialist to be the face of our office. If you are a self-starter who thrives on taking initiative, connecting with people, and driving marketing efforts to grow a patient base, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Because we are a new practice, this role goes beyond traditional front-desk duties. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our culture, developing our systems, and actively growing our practice within the community. Key Responsibilities - Practice Growth & Marketing Coordinate local community outreach, networking events, and business-to-business marketing. Manage our social media presence and online reputation to attract new patients. Implement internal marketing strategies, such as patient referral programs. Patient Experience & Front Office Leadership Welcome patients with a high-energy, positive attitude that sets the tone for their visit. Manage the schedule efficiently to maximize production while maintaining a smooth patient flow. Handle phone inquiries proactively, converting potential leads into scheduled appointments. Daily Operations Manage patient check-in/check-out, digital charts, and data entry. Handle insurance verification, billing, and clear communication of financial policies. Establish and streamline front-office systems as the practice expands.
