Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns Knowledge and experience working with Medicaid and dental insurance companies Assisting with treatment coordination and financial arrangements Managing patient accounts and maintaining accurate records Helping maintain efficient daily office flow Supporting a positive and professional office environment
Qualifications:
Dental office experience preferred Experience with Medicaid and dental insurance required Knowledge of insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing processes preferred Experience with Eaglesoft preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, organized, and detail-oriented Reliable and team-oriented mindset
