Overview Join our dynamic orthodontic practice as an Orthodontic Office Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our clinic! This energized role is vital in creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, handle patient inquiries, and support clinical staff with administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a friendly, professional environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in medical administration within a vibrant healthcare setting. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless patient experience Schedule appointments efficiently using OrthoTrac software Accurately take patient payments Manage patient records with meticulous attention to confidentiality, including filing, documentation review, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems) Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries about treatments, appointments, and insurance questions Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate patient intake, treatment plans, and follow-up appointments Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area remains organized and welcoming Skills Proficiency with OrthoTrac software Experience in a dental office setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding patient service and handle sensitive information discreetly Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively Strong clerical skills including typing (10 key), filing, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Experience with orthodontic terminology Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional care by ensuring our patients feel valued from their first contact. Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
