Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression. Assist wth check-in and check-out procedures Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Eagle Soft management software. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person. Manage phone communications with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient questions or concerns promptly. Verify patient insurance coverage, process payments, and handle billing inquiries with accuracy. Maintain and update patient records in Eagle Soft Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Create treatment plans accuratley, present treatment plans, and ensure consents are signed Collect payments, process insurance claims, and perform dental billing using Eagle Soft Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, managing dental records, and handling filing tasks efficiently. Assist with dental coding and Medicare documentation to facilitate billing processes. Knowledge of dental insurance policies, health information management standards, and clinical confidentiality policies. Knowledge of insurance claims processing and Medicare requirements necessary. Ensure the office's administrative operations run smoothly by coordinating care plans and handling dental administrative support tasks. Proven experience as a front desk role within a dental environment necessary. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
