Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing clerical tasks efficiently. This role requires proficiency in various systems and a strong understanding of medical administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the dental practice.
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes. Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for dental providers. Maintain patient records accurately using computerized systems, including Meditech. Assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes. Prepare care plans and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed. Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient files. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication. Qualifications Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
BILINGUAL
(ENGLIS/SPANISH)
IS A MUST
Proficient in using phone systems and various computer applications. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and support.
