We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of calls on multiple phone lines. Greet and create a welcoming environment for our patients (manage the check-in and check-out process) Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Verify insurance benefits and collect patient copayments. Present and explain treatment plans to patients. Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in a dental office setting is required. Strong knowledge of dental practice management software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, or SoftDent is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
