Job Description
Mental Health Receptionist We are looking for a Medical Office Receptionist to assist with office duties and procedures. Your role is to assist with maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Previous experience in a medical office setting is required. Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, checking patients in and out, answering phones, insurance verification, preauthorization/reauthorization, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our employees. This role ensures the office runs smoothly on day-to-day basis. Additionally, this role assists our providers with simple treatments.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of customer service in health care
- Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
- Enjoy working with and helping clients. Moreover, willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

- Minimum of Associates degree with relevant experience
