We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, answer phones, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, referring dental offices, and team members. Your organizational skills and administrative expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting the overall efficiency of our practice. This position starts at $20 per hour and pay will be dependent on relevant experience. Our practice provides patient care at two locations: Bainbridge Island and Silverdale. This position will be supporting our Bainbridge Island office. The schedule for this position is as follows:
Tuesdays:
6:45am- 3:30pm
Wednesdays:
6:45am- 2pm•
Thursdays:
6:45am- 3:30pm
Fridays:
6:45am- 3:30pm Duties Greet patients warmly, ensuring a professional, caring, and friendly atmosphere at all times Manage phones, directing calls accurately, and supporting inquiries while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries with precision Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure all documents are proofread for accuracy Schedule appointments for the Doctor and our Registered Dental Hygienist to ensure their schedules are filled and efficient Provide patient support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or via phone or email Collecting and entering patient payments Experience Previous dental office experience is highly preferred Experience handling busy phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
