Full-Time Medical Receptionist Ankle & Foot Specialists of Puget Sound - Bonney Lake Are you friendly, organized, and looking for a career in healthcare? We're seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our Bonney Lake team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in a specialty medical practice. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping the front office running efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking patients in and out Scheduling and rescheduling appointments Answering incoming phone calls Collecting copays and updating patient information Scanning insurance cards and medical documents Assisting with referrals and other administrative tasks Communicating with providers and medical assistants to keep clinic flowing smoothly Learning additional front office responsibilities as you grow in the role What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and compassionate Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy medical office Dependable with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and be cross-trained We're looking for someone who is dependable, patient, and enjoys contributing to a positive team environment. Previous medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
