Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service at the front desk Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining clinic flow Handle medical billing and collections, including insurance verifications and processing payments Assist with documentation review, and medical record management in compliance with HIPAA policies Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing clear communication and appointment coordination Maintain organized filing of medical records, reports, and correspondence with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Support clinical staff by managing care plans documentation and health information management tasks Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar medical administrative support role within a dental or healthcare setting Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and typing (10 key typing) Ability to review medical documentation accurately while adhering to clinical confidentiality policies Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse patient populations Previous clinic experience with health insurance knowledge and health information management is highly desirable Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by providing efficient administrative support in a vibrant dental practice.
