Prior experience in a dental office is required.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming patients, answering phones, having a warm presence, supporting the team. Primary duty is scheduling and managing patient files and documentations. Other duties include managing phone and email communications with patients and vendors/specialists, greeting and welcoming patients, insurance verification and a willingness to help throughout the office as needed. Must be dependable, friendly and have excellent professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
