Greet & Support Clients:
Be the friendly face that welcomes every client into our space—warmly, respectfully, and professionally.Manage Appointments:
Coordinate scheduling across our service lines to maximize availability and streamline care.Process Payments:
Accurately collect copays, balances, and payment information while maintaining a professional tone.Support Communications:
Answer calls, respond to referrals, manage faxes, and deliver timely follow-ups to patients.Maintain Records:
Keep client accounts up-to-date, ensuring all demographic and insurance information is current.Handle Inquiries:
Respond clearly and compassionately to a range of client questions, including those related to Motor Vehicle Accident and L&I cases. Be aTeam Player:
Pitch in with additional administrative duties that help keep the clinic running smoothly.Who You Are:
A dependable and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment A clear communicator who can navigate sensitive or complex patient scenarios with grace Tech-savvy and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently Previous experience in a medical, clinical, or wellness setting strongly preferredBenefits Include:
