Nurse Practitioner Wellness & Aesthetics

Job Description

Are you a Nurse Practitioner who loves wellness, hormone optimization and medical weight management—but is looking for something different from a traditional clinical environment? We are looking for an experienced and personable Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a unique opportunity for an NP who enjoys building relationships with patients, managing their wellness journeys and working in a collaborative, upbeat environment that blends medicine, wellness and aesthetics. This position is especially well suited for someone who may be ready for a change from a traditional healthcare setting and wants greater schedule flexibility, a fun team environment and the opportunity to practice in the rapidly growing wellness and aesthetics space. What You'll Do You will serve as an integral clinical provider within the practice, with responsibilities including: Managing your own wellness patients and developing long-term patient relationships Evaluating and managing patients participating in medical weight-loss programs Hormone evaluation, optimization and ongoing management Medication management, dosing adjustments and patient follow-up Supporting peptide and wellness programs Assessing patients and determining when prescriptions, medications or additional medical intervention may be appropriate Performing medical clearances and assessments for aesthetic treatments when indicated Collaborating with aesthetic providers regarding patient safety and treatment planning Assisting with assessment and management of patient concerns or treatment complications Providing patient education and helping patients understand their treatment and wellness plans Supporting the clinical needs of a busy medical aesthetics and wellness practice
What We're Looking For Required:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State Experience with hormone management/optimization Experience with medical weight management Comfortable independently evaluating and managing patients Strong medication and dosing knowledge Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a patient-facing role Genuine interest in wellness, preventative care and individualized medicine
Highly Valued:
Experience or strong interest in medical aesthetics Experience with peptides and wellness therapies Experience assessing or managing aesthetic treatment complications Familiarity with aesthetic medications, treatment clearances or pre/post-procedure medical management Experience working in a med spa, wellness clinic, functional medicine practice or similar environment Aesthetic injecting experience is not required for this position. We are primarily looking for a strong wellness-focused NP who is excited to work alongside an aesthetics team. Schedule This position will generally consist of 3-4 ten-hour shifts per week (approximately 30-40 hours) . Exact working days are still being finalized, and there is flexibility in creating a schedule that works well for both the provider and the practice. Compensation:
$100,000-$150,000 annually, dependent upon experience, schedule and qualifications.

Do you have professional experience managing medical weight-loss patients, including prescribing and adjusting GLP-1 medications? 4. Please briefly describe your experience with hormone management and medical weight loss, including the types of patients or therapies you have managed. 5. Do you have experience with, or a strong professional interest in, medical aesthetics and wellness medicine? 6. Do you have experience evaluating or managing patient concerns or complications related to aesthetic procedures? 7. Are you comfortable working an in-person schedule of approximately 30-40 hours per week, typically consisting of 3-4 ten-hour shifts? 8. Do you have any professional or non professional experience with injectable peptides?
