$17.13-$18.00 per hour About Green Health Docs Green Health Docs is one of the nation's leading providers of medical cannabis evaluations, helping patients access alternative treatment options through compassionate, patient-centered care. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our Tacoma, Washington clinic. If you have experience as a medical receptionist, front desk receptionist, patient coordinator, medical office assistant, healthcare receptionist, or customer service professional , we'd love to hear from you. Position Summary As our Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the clinic operates efficiently. In addition to front office responsibilities, you'll also help grow our presence in the community by building relationships with local dispensaries and attending outreach events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is comfortable working independently. Schedule Part-time 1-2 days per week working in our Tacoma clinic Flexible scheduling available Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and compassion Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic records Process payments and complete administrative paperwork Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Provide exceptional customer service to every patient Build and maintain relationships with local dispensaries and community organizations Represent Green Health Docs at networking events and community outreach opportunities Protect confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications Required:
Customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred:
