Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for pet owners and their beloved animals, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with the smooth operation of our veterinary practice. Your passion for animal care and strong communication skills will be essential in creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. Duties Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care. Create invoices, process payments and handle billing inquiries with attention to detail. Requirements Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
